Payment & Refund Policy

This policy sets out how payments work for Apex Billing UK, operated by FTV London Ltd.

1. Plans & billing

• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown at checkout.
• Prices are in GBP (£) and, where applicable, include VAT.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

2. Automatic renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• We charge the payment method on file at each renewal.

3. No refunds

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, whether paid monthly or annually.
• If you cancel, your plan continues to the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed. We do not refund the remainder of a period.
• We do not give refunds for periods where the Service was unused, or for accounts closed part-way through a billing period.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from within your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.

5. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Where a refund is required by law, or where we are unable to provide the Service due to a fault on our side, we will deal with it fairly and in line with your legal rights. Refunds, where given, are made to the original payment method.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment is made. Continued non-payment may result in the account being closed.
